Welcome to the Colbert County Community Development Commission's Website. The CCCDC uses TVA in lieu of taxes to fund grants to local Colbert County applicants. The CCCDC is comprised of the Colbert County Probate Judge as ex officio chair of the committee and four members appointed by our local legislative delegation. Emily Benson, Operations and Election Director of the Probate Judge Office, serves as administrator for the commission. The commission meets semi annually.
